For over 20 years Nathan Cole Construction (NCC) has been the Bay Area’s premier construction firm, offering professional custom building and restoration services for our San Francisco and Bay Area clients.
 
NCC is the only licensed builder in the United States to also hold individual plumbing, electrical, and mosaic tile licenses (CSLB #933323).
 
NCC is EVITP qualified for state-funded electrification projects as well as certified for hazardous waste abatement and hauling (HAZ).
 
When NCC is onsite, all trades are represented for smooth coordination of project scheduling, problem solving, and client support. Our adherence to budget and schedule is unmatched. This is why we say “All-trades. In-house.”

Born and raised in Northern California, Nathan has spent decades in the local community building positive experiences for his clients and workers.

“I met my wife in San Francisco. We had our beautiful daughter here. I’ve been fortunate to have customer and employee relationships prosper for more than 20 years. My goal is to show our clients I am dedicated to the project and then exceed their expectations.”

From Humble Beginnings: A Passion for Craft

Our founder, Nathan Cole, learned the value of hard work early on. He started working on his father’s ranch in high school. Later, after finishing college and traveling the world, he returned to San Francisco, honing his skills as a carpenter and foreman. This experience laid the foundation for starting his own general contracting business.
